Each finely painted with a continuous 18th century genre scene emblematic of the elements, with amorous couples and companions either building a house of cards before a windmill and gardening or fishing and enjoying an open flame and torch, beneath a rinceaux set with rosettes, the lower body and socle with red and white enamelled ‘jewels’.
