Queen Elizabeth on the white horse, holding a baton in her right hand and wearing the Order of the Polish White Eagle and the grand cross of the Order of St. Andrew, attended by a servant with feathered turban, blue jacket and yellow tunic.
The base is encrusted with leaves and flowers.
